Summary

The OuroMinas Gold Project comprises 891.63 hectares located within the municipalities of Caratinga, Inhapim and Ipanema in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

The project is at an advanced exploration stage and benefits from a fully approved Final Exploration Report submitted to the National Mining Agency (ANM), supported by comprehensive geological mapping, geochemical surveys, drilling and laboratory analyses.

Current ANM-compliant resource estimates define approximately 13 tonnes of contained gold (approximately 417,000 ounces), supported by measured and inferred resource categories derived from systematic exploration work.

With excellent infrastructure, year-round access and substantial exploration upside across a largely underexplored property, the project represents an attractive development opportunity within one of Brazil's most established mining jurisdictions.

Geological Overview

The project is situated within the Araçuaí Orogen, a highly prospective geological province in eastern Brazil known for hosting significant orogenic gold systems.

Gold mineralization is structurally controlled along regional shear zones and occurs within quartzites, biotite gneisses and meta-ultramafic units, with both primary hard-rock and secondary alluvial mineralization identified across the project area.

Extensive geological mapping, stream sediment sampling, bateia concentrate surveys, soil geochemistry and drilling programs have confirmed multiple mineralized trends and provide a strong technical foundation for future resource expansion and continued exploration.
